Valuation is professional activities of valuers aimed at assessing market, cadastral or any other value of the subject property.

Valuation report must include the following in- formation: date of valuation, valuation standards used, aims and tasks of valu- ation and other data required for comprehensive and unam- biguous interpretation of the results reflected in the report.

Valuation is based on provisions in Rus- sian Federal Law Concerning Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation dated July 29, 1998 No. 135-FZ.

Each valuer shall be a member of selfregulatory organization of valuers and indemnify his/her services.

SUBJECT PROPERTY MAY BE REPRSENTED BY:

    After completing valuation, Report on property valuation (Valuation report).
